The bridge stretch is for the advanced crowd. It will stretch many muscles in your body including your arms, back, stomach, legs, and more! Start on your back on the ground, legs bent, feet flat on the floor. Place your hands over your head and position them so your palms are on the ground as shown in the first picture. Next, push your mid-section into the bridge position. Hold as long as you can and release. This stretch feels great once you master it. A great way to work on this stretch if you can't quite get it is to have a partner cradle your back and pull up with you.
