The Dawg Dash is 5k and 10k held each fall at the University of Washington. Starting on the track inside the stadium, both courses venture out onto campus on a fairly winding course before returning back to the stadium to finish on the football field. The field competing in this race has become increasingly strong during the years that it's been run with 2005 bringing a field rivaling any other local road race.

Prizes

Traditionally, the top 3 men and top 3 women in both the 5k and 10k events receive prizes. 1st place gets an airline ticket provided by Alaskan Airlines, while 2nd and 3rd receive gift certificates.
