RunnerMonkey >> Hamstring Stretch

From Runiki

The hamstring stretch will work the upper, back part of your leg known as the hamstring muscles. Hamstring injuries are common in runners and can take a very long time to heal! Stretching the hamstrings will keep them loose and possibly reduce injuries. Start on the ground with one leg bent in and one leg straight out as shown in picture one. Bend forward, keeping your back nice and tall and stretch your upper bodyy towards the outstretched leg. Hold for 18-30 seconds and repeat if you'd like.
