The Heptagonal Cross Country Championships are held each year and represent the league meet for the Ivy League teams: Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn, Princeton and Yale. In previous years Navy was also included in the roster and longer ago Army was also included.

The meet is traditionally held at Van Courtland Park in the Bronx, NY on a challenging course including several tough hills.

This year, the Dartmouth men won, followed closely by Princeton. On the women's side, Columbia continued their dominance.
