From RunikiThe knees to chest stretch is a fun way to stretch your back and hamstrings. Start on the ground on your back. Pull your knees as close to your chest as you can (even if it's not that close!) and hold with your hands as shown below. This stretch is relaxing once you get used to it. Hold for 18-30 seconds and repeat if you'd like.
