Leg Lifts-Front Lift

Front lifts work the front part of your thigh muscles, along with your hip flexors. Start on your back with one leg straight out and one knee bent with foot flat on the ground. Lift straight leg to meet the height of the bent leg. Bring straight leg back down to starting position.
