Leg Lifts-Inner Thigh Lift

This exercise works the dreaded inner thigh muscles, otherwise known as the adductors. Do this exercise and thank me later! Start on your side with your top leg crossed over your bottom as shown in the pictures below. Lift your bottom leg up just a few inches, (no more than 12) and return to starting position.
