Lobos are a fairly rare mascot. According to Wikipedia, a lobo "is one of the terms to identify black Mexicans of African descent. Although their existence is not commonly known, Afro-Mexicans are mostly present in the coastal Mexican states of Guerrero, Oaxaca, and Veracruz."
