The Mid-State League is an athletic conference in central Ohio consisting of 24 high schools divided equally into 3 divisions.
Buckeye Division
The Buckeye Division consists of the six high schools that formed the original Mid-State League with the additions of Amanda-Clearcreek and Circleville which joined later.
Cardinal Division
The Cardinal Division consists of 8 high schools located generally in the middle of the conference's region relative to the remaining 16 schools. The schools in this division are:
