From RunikiHaving someone to train with can make all the difference in the world. Some use training partners for motivation, others use groups to push them to new levels in their training, and for yet others it simply gives them a chance to talk with like-minded people and share in a sport that can be both demanding and depressing yet incredibly rewarding. If you have a group that helps you navigate the highs and lows of your running, share it here.
