Shoulder Shrug

This exercise is to strengthen your trapezius muscle. This often gets tight after you work at a computer all day. You can perform shoulder shrugs with or without weights. Start with your arms down at your sides, thumbs facing forward. Lift shoulders up in a shrugging motion. Return to starting position.
