The Whidbey Island Marathon is held each spring on Whidbey Island. The race starts across Deception Pass from the main island on Highway 20, then follows scenic back roads through Oak Harbor to a finish in Coupeville.

Run along with the full marathon is a half-marathon event that joins the race half-way into it in Oak Harbor.
